My philosophy is that clear expectations and goals create fertile ground for the therapeutic space so we can effectively work together.

The first step in getting connected is a free confidential 15-minute phone call to discuss what’s bringing you in and if I am the right fit for you. I know that seeking support from a stranger can be challenging and I respect and honor you coming this far.

The next step is to schedule a first session where we will go more in-depth concerning your expectations of therapy, your reasons for seeking therapy, as well as a better understanding of you and your world. You’ll receive an email prior to this appointment requesting that you sign forms through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. This includes paperwork to assist the therapy process like symptom screening tools and a questionnaire.

We will collaborate on a plan of treatment that works for you. Weekly sessions will include out-of-session practice, feedback, and room for adjustments. My approach respects you as the expert of your own life experiences. I am here to guide the process with curiosity and compassion.
